The Downtown East Louisville (DeLo Development) project is a collaboration between RMCS, PCS Group, H2 Development Services, and Colorado Hardscapes to create a distinctive, visually appealing streetscape. The design focuses on integrating Lithocrete concrete with seeded glass and aggregate, adding both durability and artistic value to the public space. 

To ensure consistency and design excellence, extensive sampling and mock-ups were conducted before construction. These efforts helped align the vision of developers, designers, and contractors, ensuring that the color schemes, textures, and finishes achieved the desired aesthetic. The result is a refined, high-quality pedestrian-friendly environment, demonstrating how Lithocrete technology can be used to enhance urban developments with unique, durable, and decorative paving solutions.
